Medeo restaurant at the Palazzo offers a distinctly Mediterranean inspired menu prepared with excellent South African produce and paired with some of the country’s top wines. The Executive Chef and his team present a selection of classic dishes and have created delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus in one of Fourways’ best restaurants.

The restaurant’s large terrace and deck area overlooks the beautiful Palazzo koi pond as well as the citrus trees and roses of the hotel’s Tuscan gardens. Whether you choose to dine inside or enjoy the warm South African climate alfresco, Medeo is one of the most beautiful restaurant settings in Johannesburg.

The menu at Medeo can be paired with an excellent wine list that includes a selection of rare Auction Wines.

    Booked the Valdo High Tea at R495 a person. Was definitely overpriced, serving just a single glass of Valdo Garda and two servings of mini sweets and savory. The items in the platter were tasty but basic savory of veg wrap, chicken open sandwich, salman roll and quiches. Sweets were scones and some petit fours but overall very limited selection and not worth the price. Unlimited two teas were served, they also didn't allow the high tea to be served in the outside deck even though the restaurant wasn't full. In short just go here for a full meal and a glass of wine at this costing.
