Medeo restaurant at the Palazzo offers a distinctly Mediterranean inspired menu prepared with excellent South African produce and paired with some of the country’s top wines. The Executive Chef and his team present a selection of classic dishes and have created delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus in one of Fourways’ best restaurants.

The restaurant’s large terrace and deck area overlooks the beautiful Palazzo koi pond as well as the citrus trees and roses of the hotel’s Tuscan gardens. Whether you choose to dine inside or enjoy the warm South African climate alfresco, Medeo is one of the most beautiful restaurant settings in Johannesburg.

The menu at Medeo can be paired with an excellent wine list that includes a selection of rare Auction Wines.

    Everything was amazing. Staff were exceptional and allowed additional time for cleaning our decor and the fact that my guests arrived late due to traffic. We absolutely appreciated the private wing and the staff went out of their way to ensure that my event went smoothly. I would only recommend to look at better pricing strategy for events over 20 people as the food was way too much and per head does not make sense.     The restaurant is absolutely stunning especially when seated on the terrace and the service is excellent. Unfortunately the food was extremely underwhelming and had no seasoning. I had the baby chicken and my friend ordered the duck and both had no seasoning and tasted slightly burnt.
