    MiHa Pretoria is absolutely beautiful. The décor and ambience are a solid 10/10, the food was also easily 10/10 and definitely lived up to our expectations. Our only disappointment was the service. The waiters seemed disorganized, and we were never quite sure who our designated waiter was because several different people attended to our table throughout the afternoon. Unfortunately this led to things being forgotten, for example, I ordered a passion fruit and lemonade from one waiter and waited about 30 minutes without receiving it. I eventually had to place the same order with another waiter before it finally arrived. Overall, the food and atmosphere made for a great experience, but I hope the restaurant can improve the coordination of its service team. With better organization, the experience would be close to perfect.

    I had made a reservation days prior, upon arrival, my table was unprepared and the manager blamed it on the restaurant being busy. She was extremely rude and I had to make so many requests such as wiping the table, setting up the cutlery, wiping the glasses and so much more. I wouldn’t recommend it
