    The whole setup of the high tea from what it was to what it is has changed which makes it lose it's ambience. Also, the snacks served with the tea aren't that great anymore. I recommend the chefs to look into their choices. The sweets are way too sweet and the savouries are lacking in variety. Flies were called constantly buzzing around our food. Makes you feel very disgusted to eat the food once the flies have sat on your food. The pianist played one set. Which was two or three songs. Made the atmosphere very dull. Was a tad bit disappointing of an experience. The only thing I can say that came to your rescue was the service we received from Welma. Very knowledgeable about her teas and brings a whole vibe and quirky yet intelligent responses to all our questions. She was also such a pleasure when it came to requesting for items outside of the tea. I somehow think for the price we pay for the tea, the experience should be one of the best. All savouries taste the same and all sweet items taste the same. There is nothing that differentiates the one from the other except their designs. I love The Saxon and just feel that you guys need to work on the cracks
