    The service from the staff was really poor. We had made a reservation for our date night but when we arrived we spent quite a while with no waiter/waitress allocated to us. When i raised my hand to make an order one of the ladies rudely said she is not our waiitress and pointed to another lady who was supposedly our waitress (the lady had never even been to our table). Lets not even mention when we ordered drinks, waited about 20min then when we enquired our waitress apologized and said she forgot about our order. It was truly a bazzar experience given that i had heard such great things about the place from social media.

    Everything from the food to the service was amazing I do like the fact that there is a dress code, ambiance was perfect

    We recently visited Mosso with a friend and upon arrival we were asked if we made a reservation and we told the lady that we did and I thought the reason she asked was to direct us to our preferred seating place . She then asked if we got an email or WhatsApp which I confirmed we did, she proceeds to speak about the dress code and says that the WhatsApp confirmation that I made speaks about the dress code. I tell her that both the WhatsApp and Email did not say anything about the dress code then she says she can’t allow us in but she will get her Manager to assist. The lady she comes with says the same thing then suggests a few that we go to a different restaurant . To say I was frustrated is an understatement because we made a reservation and when we get there they tell us that they can’t let us in because of how we are dressed? I don’t have a problem with restaurant rules the issue I have with Mosso is that we didn’t get any communication regarding the dress code then they expect us to start looking for other restaurants to go to. To make matters worse while we were still deciding on what to do they lady came and told us that her “Manager “ is shouting at her because we are standing outside the restaurant. Mosso you can honestly do better. You can’t give us the option to reserve then we we get to the establishment you start telling us of rules we didn’t get communication about.

    I loved everything about it,the waitresses are super friendly and kind,food?? omg i kept on stuffing my face and even requested extra rice because everything was delicious and nicely done..the place is super gorgeous and has a privacy,feels so cozy and relaxing.i love it
