    As a regular at MOSSO’S TURKISH at LXXX Sandhurst, I was totally appalled by the lack of professionalism and thoughtfulness by the staff and management alike. I had taken my Aunt out for her Birthday Dinner and thought that out of all the fine dining restaurants that I could have chosen for her, MOSSO’S would deliver a delightful, happy and vibrant atmosphere for her with delicious food and drinks. There was nothing of that sort. How can your management place a trainee on peak period that has only been with you for three weeks and expect a superb delivery to their customers? He did not even have the right uniform on him, whereas the other waiters were all donned with theirs? My Aunt’s food arrived, but not mine. Her food went ice-cold, ours disappeared into thin air and when it arrived it was hardly cooked properly. Our mocktails were slap-dash and did not arrive with the food we had ordered. It was an absolute nightmare and disaster. Her Birthday plate was done with no thought and I was told that your ‘luxury’ restaurant had run out of ‘smoke’, as the plate would have come on dry-ice to create that special effect for a Birthday photo moment. How atrocious! I am beyond disappointed and traumatised by the lack of accountability of your management. You started off great, but your standards have dropped drastically and if I ever come to MOSSO’S to celebrate anything ever again, will be probably never. I was so embarrassed bringing my Aunt to your restaurant. You need to pull up your socks and stop your shabby standards, otherwise you will lose major business. I frequent many fine dining restaurants, but last night yours was absolutely horrendous. Just a ‘sorry’ from your sad, pathetic management does not solve your crisis. A frequent patron of yours in the past, not in the future. You lost my entire Family last night.
