    Disappointing Experience at Moyo Kirstenbosch Dear Moyo Kirstenbosch Team, I am writing to express my disappointment following our recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the expectations we associate with the Moyo brand. The service was exceptionally slow, particularly with drinks—each round took between 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. This not only impacted our enjoyment but also likely resulted in lost sales and customer satisfaction. The food was average and lacked the distinctive Moyo flair we’ve come to appreciate in the past. Presentation was underwhelming; for example, a simple steak and chips on a plate did not reflect the vibrant and unique culinary experience we expected. There was no Moyo vibe or atmosphere, which was a major letdown. Having visited other Moyo locations before, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of energy, ambiance, and service quality at Kirstenbosch. We spent a significant amount of money during our visit and expected a far better standard of service and hospitality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues to ensure future guests receive the true Moyo experience.

    The Dj was amazing loved the inter action with the crowd. Management and our server Trish was on point 10/10. Will most definitely come back again.Keep up the good work Moyo
