Neethlingshof Estate lies just outside the beautiful town of Stellenbosch in the heart of the Cape Winelands. An iconic avenue of imposing stone pines marks the entrance to the farm, leading to the traditional “werf” of the estate.

Established more than 300 years ago, Neethlingshof Estate boasts some of the best restored and preserved traditional Cape Dutch buildings, leaving visitors with a distinct sense of history and old-world charm. The beauty and charm of the farm and surrounds have been wowing visitors for many years with a continued focus on maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of the landscape.

    Outstanding service and friendly staff. I did the Flash food pairing and it was divine. The only wine that didn’t pair well was the one with the Malva pudding. But lovely experience. Thank you and great way to celebrate my birthday.

    Loved the wine pairing experience and our waiter, Asanda, was just amazing! Pity that there were no other food options (tapas/pizza) on a Sunday afternoon with the restaurant still closed.

    Flash food and slow wine pairing most enjoyable (although not a fan of the malva and red blend combo). Will definitely recommend to others. Zoli was an excellent hostess!

    We had wine tasting appointment at 3.30. After choosing from the wine list it was 3.40. To our surprise music was switched of at 3.50, cashier was counting ( loudly) the money and light switches were switched of. (We did not know you are closing at 4) So after 5 min of tasting, the first two wines, we felt very uncomfortable. How is it even possible to book a wine tasting at this moment? I recommend the last possible wine tasting appointment at 3 pm.
