    If I could give zero stars , i would! We had the most shocking and disrespectful experience at Nomad Montecasino. The manager chased my guests out before our booking time was even over , completely disregarding basic courtesy and professionalism. We were scheduled to leave at 7pm ! On the booking confirmation I noted , by 18:30 we would be wrapping up & leave by 7pm , but to my surprise, the manager was already interrupting our program and vote of thanks speeches , telling us to leave before even paying for the bill . She went on to destroy set deco/ballon’s without our permission & the mum to be hadn’t even had time to get pictures of the deco. To make matters worse , baby items were thrown on the floor by the manager, with no regard for the child or family . As if that wasn’t enough, our cake was placed on the walkway passage to the bathroom right in from of the TOILET DOOR! Yes , you read that right ! A cake meant for a special occasion was treated with that level of disrespect and unhygienic behaviour. The manager was extremely rude and completely unfit for hospitality. The experience was not only upsetting, it was deeply humiliating in front of our guests. This happened on Saturday evening, and as the manager promised to replace the cake and went on to ask for personal banking details, 2 days later , no positive feedback or effort to communicate or sincerely apologise has been made . Poor hospitality is one thing.but failing to follow through accountability steps is quite disappointing and unprofessional.

    We went for a Turkish experience, it was far from it - more South African than Turkish - decor is Turkish, no Turkish music or anything else that gives a Turkish feel

    Was surprised when I was put in a private room due to my pax. Had a single waitress assisting us, food took forever to be prepared and delivered, more than an hour per dinner session (starters, main and dessert). My second visit and service this time around was very poor. Doubt I will go back nor suggest to friends and family. What was a special night, turned out to be a bad one.
