    Very poor experience when we arrived there was no one there to greet us we had to find our own seats. The seat that I'd booked a week ago had not been reserved and had been given away despite me being on time for my booking. Attention to detail was lacking e.g. no knives and forks provided when food arrived. I couldn't even find a waiter to pay my bill when it was time to leave You're not getting the basics right and it's a real pity as it's a pretty restaurant.

    Thank you to the hostess..who assisted us she did a very good job The waiter who welcomed us it's some guy he dumped us a table and left us 😢 he didn't bother to come through to help us ..until we where served by a hostess Thank you so much to the lady not sure of the name Zen how ever food was great.

    Food takes a bit long, so that’s what I would change. Otherwise all was good, great waitresses.

    I booked the private room for a baby shower with 15 guests and had specifically requested good lighting for the occasion. I was assured this would be arranged, however, on the day the chandelier was not working and only the dim downlights were on. Unfortunately, this left the room quite dark and the issue could not be resolved. The restaurant did provide a speaker for our use, but we had to contend with both our music and the central restaurant music playing simultaneously. Even after requesting that the main music be turned down or off, it remained loud, which made it difficult to enjoy our own playlist. I had also arranged for starters to be served at 1pm, as several guests had arrived before and shortly after 12, including pregnant guests who I didn’t want to keep waiting. At 1:20pm, I followed up and was told the waitress had assumed we wanted to wait for the remaining guests, despite my clear request for food to be served as guests arrived. In addition, we often had to ask for dirty dishes to be cleared, as they were left on the table for extended periods after guests had finished eating. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet expectations for a pre-booked private event. That said, the food was good, and we still managed to have a lovely afternoon celebrating with family and close friends.
