    We had an amazing function at Nomad on Tuesday. We had the best, attentive service from Neo (Manager) and Hloni (Waiter).. they made our night fantastic!!

    I’d like to start by complimenting your kitchen team—the food we had during our recent visit was truly delicious and of excellent quality. Great care is taken in preparing the dishes. That said, I wanted to share some constructive feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement. While we thoroughly enjoyed the meal, we did find the portion sizes a bit smaller than expected for the price point. Additionally, there were a few service-related aspects that impacted the overall experience. For instance, after we were seated, there was a considerable delay before we were offered drinks, which is typically done within the first couple of minutes at most establishments. Our steak knives were also not set out before the main course arrived, which unfortunately resulted in the steak cooling down and needing to be reheated. Furthermore, we noticed that the waiter was not consistently available and had to be flagged down multiple times—for drinks, to enquire about the meal, and even when we were ready to request the bill. At no point after receiving our food were we checked on to see if everything was satisfactory or if we were interested in additional drinks or dessert. I understand how demanding the restaurant environment can be, especially during busy periods, and I share this feedback to support your continued success. With such wonderful food on offer, I believe that enhanced attentiveness to service would greatly elevate the overall dining experience.

    The staf so friendly and efficient, the food freshly made and delicious and the service excellent, perfect spot not just for dinner, lunch and breakfast but also for birthdays 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
