    This was our third time there and I always enjoy the food. The service is absolutely amazing and the ambiance is just so calm and relaxing.

    Wonderful food and service. What let's this venue down is the general vibe. We were there on a Saturday night when there seemed to be block bookings for large groups. It really detracts from the overall experience when you feel like you're sitting in a large buffet hall with long tables everywhere. There's no actual ambiance, no real decor, no soft seating, no privacy of any kind. Just people everywhere. Might be an option to limit block bookings and allow some walk-ins? Anyway, the food was good.

    Shukran for a lovely eve. Our party of 17 enjoyed themselves. Id like to suggest tho that the prawns and mussels be basted more with a galic butter sauce than just a spice as it was rather dry. And that the cordials, and milkshakes, at the cost of it, perhaps add some more sparkle of decoration to it,by making it look more delicious like adding some whipped cream,choc drizzle etc and thicken the milkshakes as it was a bit thin

    Food was really good. However the service was extremely bad. Sat outside as we ordered a Hookah pipe. Our waiter did not even check up on us during our period we were at Nouveau. They only took our order, delivered our food/drinks and brought the pipe. We had a table next to us that was also waiting for their waiter. It felt as if, if you sit outside no one acknowledges you. Had to wait 30 mins for a hookah pipe that was apparently a 15-20 min wait, which is too long I'd say because it's only heating up coal and what really made the service even more bad, I ordered a cappuccino and there was lipstick on the cup (they didn't even wash the cup properly) and to get the waiters attention, it was about 8 mins before someone came to our table. The place was that busy for the people sitting outside to be ignored. It was just a disappointing experience.
