    Obscura was an unexpected journey that delighted me in ways I can't imagine. the music and ambience welcomed me delightfully, although the place seemed empty. I loved the fact that it is a reservation only format. I booked late but it was handled smoothly and the concierge was welcoming. I love the bar display and the cozy set up. it's perfect for a date night. nice and intimate. The service was great. as much as there were only 4 of us in at the time, my waitron was super friendly and knowledgeable. As a gin lover I asked for a gin cocktail and honestly I wish my first drink was my last. The mixologist, Qiniso, served me the best tasting Gin sours I have ever had. I enjoyed the menu and really struggled to make a choice. I opted for the lamb and broccoli dishes and they we absolutely delicious. the mushrooms were amazing. the meal changed my plan and I ended up having two more cocktails and enjoying a great bar side story about an upcoming cocktail competition a drink that im sure is going to be a hit called Chapter 12. I love the place, can't wait to bring my wife and I recommed it any and everyone. be back soon. Mr Gin3000 from Lesotho

    Waiters are not hands on, they don’t come to check you’re ok or if you’d like another drink or dish… Great vibe though, they always have a great DJ playing and good food

    Overall: 7/10 Obscura is all about the experience. If you’re looking for something different, quirky, and conversation-starting, it’s definitely worth a visit. The concept is creative, the food is delicious, and the venue has plenty of personality. However, the cocktail experience didn’t quite do it for me, and the service was inconsistent. I’d happily return for the atmosphere and food, but next time I’d let the bartender guide me toward cocktails that better suit my palate, maybe…
