    We had an awesome family dinner at Old Town Italy. Food was served fast, hot and scrumptious. Service was warm and friendly. And the cannelloni just hit the spot.

    What a terrible evening out. They were out of mince, so no bolognaise dish available. We waited more than an hour for our food. We receive 3 of the 4 dishes. When the 3 of us were done with out food the last dish (Margarita pizza) was not in sight yet. We cancelled the 4th dish, paid and left and had to get takeaway pizza for the 4th person on our way to the hotel. There were at least 4 other tables also hanging around the pizza oven waiting and complaining for not getting their food. Other tables also only received some of their orders. The manager were also not very active trying to solve this situation they had this evening. Worst of all, the restaurant was not even 100% full at this stage and they were just not able to deliver. We will never return or recommend Old Town Italy to anyone. This was really bad.

    Very dissapointing experience. Booked early because we wanted to ensure we can have pasta before ironman race. No bolognaise! Very slow service. Will not visit this chain again in a hurry.

    ⭐ 1/5 | Disappointing Experience at Old Town Italy – Suncoast Casino (31 May 2025) We were really looking forward to dining at Old Town Italy, but sadly we didn’t even get to try the food. After being seated, we placed our order — only to be told by our waitress that the Insalata Verde was unavailable. We chose an alternative, only for her to return shortly after to let us know that the Pappardelle Ragu Bolognese was also out of stock. We then tried to order the Beef Short Rib Tortellini, and once again were told it wasn’t available. This all happened at 18:00, right at the beginning of dinner service — during a busy Ironman weekend, no less. While management was apologetic, it didn’t change the fact that three menu items were unavailable in a row, and we were left needing to find somewhere else to eat. We paid for our drinks and left disappointed. Sadly, we won’t be returning to Old Town Italy Suncoast.
