The Old Town Italy restaurant is at the heart of the store where friends, business colleagues, family and people passing through stop to take it all in. The restaurant is a show case of our values, service and belief in authentic Italian food. There is a constant flow in this area where you can grab a quick coffee or linger for a fresh breakfast, lunch or dinner. Here is where you truly experience the feeling of Old Town with a sense of returning to old school methods, artisanal cooking and good service.

The Old Town Italy cafe undertakes to serve the freshest premium-quality foods in as ethical a manner as possible. Our cafe also represents a movement back to “real food”.

Our menu is authentically Italian, yet flexible enough to stay up to date with the latest health trends and food movements. We focus on Italian products, but also source local products that align with our food philosophy. No GMO products are allowed in our store.

From authentic Italian dishes, to cuts from our butchery, grill section. fresh salads, to panini / piadina and hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza with real mozzarella.

    What an absolutely immersive and incredible evening! The staff are wonderful and so knowledgable! The only comment I have is we were surprised at the end when a separate bill arrived over and above the cost of the evening with chicken and other additives from cooking our pasta. Could I suggest that next time you let the guests know add on’s are not included and will be charged extra for. But all in all it was such a fun evening and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you

    Came for the flower arranging workshop and I was underwhelmed. The company was good but this was more a VERY basic workshop that lasted an hour.

    Great food but please indicate all ingredients in items on menu. Ordered the meatball starters and found there was raisins inside which was not specified on the menu and my partner is heavily allergic to them.

    Iv visited old town Italy Umhlanga for 4 years for a valentine's day meal. Every single time has been something memorable. We return because of the ambiance, the food and the excellent service. This is definitely a special place to share special moment or occasions and even just if you're looking to grab a balanced meal at anytime. Old town Italy is the place to be.
