Pablo at The Mint Hotel, sees the restaurant synonymous with brunch expand its culinary journey, marking a trip through the Mediterranean and onto the Middle East, as the establishment transitions to an all-day and full-dinner experience.

In keeping with Pablo’s ethos of family and community at its heart, the menu brims with sharing styles, breakfast and lunch mezze and small plates offerings, pizza and Middle Eastern inspired tacos while wood-fired grills are on offer from lunch and dinner.

The décor at Pablo at The Mint Hotel has a signature colour palate of teal and rust, pressed ceilings and layout which combines intimate lower banquet seating and more social bar height tables. Pablo restaurant embraces al-fresco dining with the inside flowing out to the patio and onto the hotel’s pool terrace with a sparkling view.

    Booked for a large group breakfast; and each step of the process was hospitable and professional. We were welcomed and accommodated from the beginning and the wait staff catered to us with the utmost attention and care, in spite of our large groups size (<20 pax). A special mention of gratitude to the manager Darryn, who was very communicative and reassuring, as well as the wait staff who attended us: Bhekimpilo, Joe, Smangele and Khaya. And to the unsung heroes, those who ensured that our meals were served beautifully cooked, timeously and warm: we may not have had the chance to meet you, but we are grateful for your contributions to what turned out to be a magical day for our time. Thank you, Team Pablo. Long may your light shine.

    After making a booking, I was expecting a value for money experience with good food and a good vibe , however, what was received was cold breakfast, the prices are not worth the quality that was delivered, furthermore something as a cup boiling water was served in a take away cup. The manager did not seem at all interested in ensuring good service, but rather wander around aimlessly to act as if he was busy. Please do better

    I am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment, specifically regarding the buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, I found it to be quite disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I paid. The quality of the food was far below my expectations. Not only was the selection limited, but some items appeared to be stale and unappetizing. Additionally, the overall presentation was lackluster, which did not create a welcoming dining atmosphere. I believe that for the price paid, guests should receive a higher standard of food quality and variety. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration to improve your services for future patrons.
