In keeping with Pablo’s ethos of family and community at its heart, the menu brims with sharing styles, breakfast and lunch mezze and small plates offerings, pizza and Middle Eastern inspired tacos while wood-fired grills are on offer from lunch and dinner.

The décor at Pablo at The Mint Hotel has a signature colour palate of teal and rust, pressed ceilings and layout which combines intimate lower banquet seating and more social bar height tables. Pablo restaurant embraces al-fresco dining with the inside flowing out to the patio and onto the hotel’s pool terrace with a sparkling view.

    My experience at Pablo was poor. On arrival, the seating that I had reserved was not available, as the hotel was undergoing renovations, a fact that was not disclosed when I made the reservation. The waiting staff was slow and not very helpful and we waited a lifetime for a simple omeletter, as the kitchen was apparently backed up. I will not recommend the Pablo at Mint Hotel at all.
