Pablo at The Mint Hotel, sees the restaurant synonymous with brunch expand its culinary journey, marking a trip through the Mediterranean and onto the Middle East, as the establishment transitions to an all-day and full-dinner experience.

In keeping with Pablo’s ethos of family and community at its heart, the menu brims with sharing styles, breakfast and lunch mezze and small plates offerings, pizza and Middle Eastern inspired tacos while wood-fired grills are on offer from lunch and dinner.

The décor at Pablo at The Mint Hotel has a signature colour palate of teal and rust, pressed ceilings and layout which combines intimate lower banquet seating and more social bar height tables. Pablo restaurant embraces al-fresco dining with the inside flowing out to the patio and onto the hotel’s pool terrace with a sparkling view.

    Waiter was great but coffees took so long we eventually only got one and cancelled the others.

    The food was great. Ordered pork that fell off the bone, and the pizza was *chefs kiss*. However, the service was not up to par. Granted that we were a large group, our waitress took FOREVER to get drinks and got some orders wrong. Nice lady but I think a notepad could help.

    I made a reservation for the outside seating and when I got there it was not made at all had to seat inside, when I only wanted to seat close the pool given the weather

    Had a great experience at Pablo the other day, there was an issue with my meal which was quickly rectified, so I really appreciated that :) I would definitely go back - this time for a meal AND a swim!
