Pablo at The Mint Hotel, sees the restaurant synonymous with brunch expand its culinary journey, marking a trip through the Mediterranean and onto the Middle East, as the establishment transitions to an all-day and full-dinner experience.

In keeping with Pablo’s ethos of family and community at its heart, the menu brims with sharing styles, breakfast and lunch mezze and small plates offerings, pizza and Middle Eastern inspired tacos while wood-fired grills are on offer from lunch and dinner.

The décor at Pablo at The Mint Hotel has a signature colour palate of teal and rust, pressed ceilings and layout which combines intimate lower banquet seating and more social bar height tables. Pablo restaurant embraces al-fresco dining with the inside flowing out to the patio and onto the hotel’s pool terrace with a sparkling view.

    The setting is good. But the food is well below par. Coffee was average and “fresh” orange juice tasted like a juice box. Unlikely to eat here again.

    Food was absolutely amazing! Thank you to Bheki and Lesego for the amazing service. I think the table settings could have been better arranged, but nonetheless it was a great evening.

    The service was very slow. We waited over an hour for our meal ( 9 people), and it was too noisy. Staff were friendly and food was tasty.
