Pappas is an award winning, family owned restaurant located on the Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton. We believe in fresh, quality produce and innovative, well-presented dishes. While we still offer a wide-variety of traditional Greek dishes, our Mediterranean menu has evolved with the history of the restaurant spanning over three decades.

Pappas boasts a 100 seater private dining room for events overlooking the iconic Nelson Mandela statue. The restaurant is also available to be hired out for private and corporate functions with a capacity of up to 215pax. Burning of whiskey, breaking of plates: Traditional Greek entertainment is available upon request.

    We had an amazing time at Pappas on Square. Amazing food and service. We did put in a special request for my wife's birthday when we made the booking, which didn't appear to have been read/acknowledged. We ended up on a table that didn't really match what we hoped for, but other than that minor inconvenience the experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 food 10/10 service. I would recommend the Black Mushroom light meal as an Tapas / starter. We received a complimentary desert from the waiter.
