Pappas is an award winning, family owned restaurant located on the Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton. We believe in fresh, quality produce and innovative, well-presented dishes. While we still offer a wide-variety of traditional Greek dishes, our Mediterranean menu has evolved with the history of the restaurant spanning over three decades.

Pappas boasts a 100 seater private dining room for events overlooking the iconic Nelson Mandela statue. The restaurant is also available to be hired out for private and corporate functions with a capacity of up to 215pax. Burning of whiskey, breaking of plates: Traditional Greek entertainment is available upon request.

    I dont like that the service fee came already included in the bill. I dont like that we were forced to pay an amount the company did not include in the budget,

    So disappointed with the waitress and the service! The others enjoyed their food but my Moussaka was very dry and not enjoyable, however was pointless to call the waitress or the nearby waiters over because I ordered a bottle of water and that never arrived. I recommended Pappas to my friends but the service was sl slow and it took forever for our main meal that I wont be back for a long while.

    We had a lovely evening. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Great vibe, highly recommended.

    We had a fabulous year end function for 60. The arrangements were smooth, everything was set up perfectly. All staff were amazing (Charles and Tumi spesifically), the entertainment was an added bonus. Highly recommend
