    I’m extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism of this restaurant. I had booked well in advance for my team’s Christmas lunch and even sent out invites with all the details. Only a few hours before our scheduled time, I received an SMS saying the restaurant would be closed for a private function. It’s clear this function didn’t come up last-minute, yet they still confirmed my booking and allowed me to plan around it. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable. Their poor communication and unreliable booking system left me scrambling to find another venue at the very last minute. This experience was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, and I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone expecting professionalism or reliable service.

    I was highly disappointed with the spread of food and when something is finished we must ask for a refill. The waiters didn't communicate with the chef because one would say this is what is being served while the other said there's more. The chef has an attitude or maybe wasn't in the mood. I was disappointed all in all.

    I had the Eggs Benedict with salmon and avo at Roar Bistro, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was generous, the ingredients were fresh, and everything was perfectly balanced in flavour. The dish felt like a gourmet experience, yet it was very reasonably priced ! great value for money! On top of that, the service was excellent: friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

    The food was alright, what bothered me is the small portion of Ribeye for an amount of R350, outrageous! The waiter named Nhlanhla ripped us off, we settled our bill for R800, but instead R900 was deducted from my account. Unfortunately i saw the bank notification late. I really wouldn't recommend if this is what you guys do to scam people off their money.
