    As a new restaurant it has alot of potential and I know it'll be a fan favorite in time to come. Just need to iron out a few kinks in the service department.

    of Coke is excessive by any standard. Across the table, all four adults agreed - the food was bland and well below average, which really detracted from the overall experience. Vibe & venue: 10/10 Playground: 20/10 Food & pricing: 3/10 Parque has something truly special here, but improving the food quality and value for money would make a massive difference.

    Finally a place that kids and parents love! The playground is stunning, safe and very well thought out. The staff were attentive and so friendly. Will be back for sure!

    It’s clear everyone is still finding their feet. Even though we booked a table there wasn’t one when we got there and we stood around for 10 minutes while they made a plan. It took a while to get our meals after ordering, and when they arrived it was as if they had been standing forever and everything was cold. We had ordered extra mushrooms which arrived after we had finished our meal. We kept having to remind about drinks we had ordered which we hadn’t received. The young man who served us was clearly inexperienced and we had no problem with that as he was very polite and courteous.

    We had the most incredible experience at Parque yesterday. As we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles and welcomes. We were shown our table and along the way given a short tour. The kids area has the best set up in JHB currently. With three little kids we frequently visit restaurants with play areas, the kids were well supervised while my wife and I chatted and watched our kids play. They have thought of everything.. from fantastic bathrooms suited for kids and babies as well as adults to a cooling off sprinkler for this kids wanting to enjoy some water activities. Thank you to the staff for taking such excellent care of us yesterday. I hope that the vibe continues into our next visit soon.
