    Was not a good experience unfortunately 😕 and it was my 1st visit. I made a booking but there was still confusion when we got there l, moved us a couple of times. We order pizza, a steak and a pepperoni. It was tasty but extremely small for almost R200 each.. the cocktails were the biggest disappointment, I ordered a Parque special for R95 and was not told that it's so small, it's the size of maybe 2 shot glasses, or smaller. Definitely not worth it. The play area was really nice but not sure it's worth the prices or the trouble especially for a 1st time visit. Definitely not what I expected. Will I give it another try?? Probably not.

    We had my son’s birthday party at Parque on a very busy Saturday afternoon and I am not too sure who enjoyed themselves more - the kids or us adults. The food was amazing, the drink delicious, endless fun for the kids and the parents could actually sit back and relax. The Parque team were exceptional from Penny to the waiters, no detail was overlooked. Thank you for everything.

    We really enjoyed our first visit there, and the kids had a fantastic time. There is, however, one issue worth highlighting. The table booking system is slightly problematic. We arrived for our 11 am booking, and the next group was scheduled to take over our table at 2 pm. Our table would be part of several tables for the next group, which seemingly had a large group of circa 20+. The lady who had likely arranged the whole gathering had arrived an hour earlier and kept pointing at us and whispering to her friends until she eventually came over to us and asked if we were aware that they would take the table at 2 pm, to which we replied yes. She then proceeded to keep coming to look if we had left yet, which made us very uncomfortable. She then proceeded to badger the waitress, who eventually asked if we could pls move to another table just to stop all this madness. We obliged and moved. I'm not sure if there is a better system, but just sharing so you are aware, because some people next to us said that this table issue happens often.
