The Piatto Restaurant and Grill story began in 2001 when the founder, Michael Yiallouris opened the first Piatto in Eastgate Shopping Centre. Today Piatto has grown to 15 stores across South Africa and we are planning to open many more.

    Restroom needs serious attention. Where we were sitting the smell that comes from there is bad.

    We booked a table for inside but were given an outside table, no explanations given. The usual specials were not there for the day, no sweet with the bill. Very disappointed made the best of the situation, as we did not want to spoil our Mother’s Day lunch

    R31 for a coke was rather expensive. They did not have any Mother's Day specials. I ordered a carpet bagger streak Medium, however it was cold and rare, we waited along time (given it was Mother's day, they were busy) I was very hungry so I just ate it. Not that any came pass to ask how the food is. So I could not return it, even if I wanted too. The chicken wings are amazing though and the burger was good.
