The Piatto Restaurant and Grill story began in 2001 when the founder, Michael Yiallouris opened the first Piatto in Eastgate Shopping Centre. Today Piatto has grown to 15 stores across South Africa and we are planning to open many more.

At Piatto we are proud to offer you an exceptional experience with efficient service and quality. We focus on providing great value for money in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our menu boasts a huge variety of dishes and our food caters to all palettes.

    Our waitress Faith was so helpful, her services was the best which made us really enjoy our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back

    Had a great experience, the restaurant is very chilled not to much noise perfect for a family outing I enjoyed your strawberry mojito 10/10 n your ribs always a top notch however please try and fix your woman toilet issues it’s always a mess it’s was my 3rd time in your restaurant but each time is always a mess tissue’s all over the place hah let’s do better but overall was happy with the service

    first time going to Alberton branch , food was delicious cant fault anything , value for money very affordable , serice was 1000/10 the ambience was ok but overall i had a great experience. will definately call again
