The Piatto Restaurant and Grill story began in 2001 when the founder, Michael Yiallouris opened the first Piatto in Eastgate Shopping Centre. Today Piatto has grown to 15 stores across South Africa and we are planning to open many more.

At Piatto we are proud to offer you an exceptional experience with efficient service and quality. We focus on providing great value for money in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our menu boasts a huge variety of dishes and our food caters to all palettes.

    The service was very poor I found my self being shouted at by the waiter after I had apologized for a mistake I made. the treatment was poor and I feel training is needed of how to communicate with customer, I took work with customer and would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to overall I like the food from there but I ended up leaving because of the manner I was spoken to which is unacceptance.

    Thank you for hosting us as we celebrated my sister's baby shower, the food was amazing even my 3year old daughter loved the chicken strips as a fussy eater. The potions were very generous. The menager came to check if all was well. Our waiter was excellent and so quick, we has a good time and recommend everyone to come and visit. 👌thank you.
