The Piatto Restaurant and Grill story began in 2001 when the founder, Michael Yiallouris opened the first Piatto in Eastgate Shopping Centre. Today Piatto has grown to 15 stores across South Africa and we are planning to open many more.

At Piatto we are proud to offer you an exceptional experience with efficient service and quality. We focus on providing great value for money in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our menu boasts a huge variety of dishes and our food caters to all palettes.

    I and my family truly enjoyed our time there! The food was perfect and gracefully served! I loved the fact our waiter Brighton was interactive and also suggest variety of meals that we can chose amongst! The service was quite quick, no long waiting and he has good manners , I must say. The lighting was perfect not too bright and the music not too loud, so my husband’s birthday celebration ended graciously ❤️

    Piatto has been “ home” for years. I loved how everythin turned out for the birthdae suprise. The support & assistance from the staff was amazin. The food superb as usual. Thank you 🤩

    I'm happy with everything.. My guests loved the food, drinks. But the place not having WiFi and network was the killer please work on that.

    Main meal was horrible didn't get any taste on lamb chop wasn't cooked to my liking...starter was amazing...
