    We ordered a vegetarian picnic for 12 o'clock but it was not ready until 12:30 which really cut into our time at the winery as we were on the wine tram schedule. We were also given the wrong picnic (meat, not vegetarian) which we didn't realise until we had settled down at the picnic area. Thankfully a staff member had come by shortly after we realised and they corrected this. The food was good and it was a decent amount. We had spring rolls, spinach dip and hommus, beetroot salad, halloumi, cous cous, artisanal bread, caramel popcorn, chocolate brownies etc., water, and a bottle of rose.

    The platter selection was lovely, great vegetarian options. The staff unfortunately seemed so uninterested in being there, which really put a damper on a special occasion. The picnic spot itself wasn’t ideal, so we stayed at the wine tasting area. We stood up to take a picture by the fountain and the staff cleared away our entire picnic and didn’t bother to replace the items thrown away which we were still eating. They comped the bottle of MCC to apologize which we appreciated, however we never saw them again. Such a shame.
