    I've been coming to Pigalle for over 8 years. This was my 3rd time this year and service is shocking, worse than before when I was thee win April / May. Looks like 1 waiter did the entire section where we were sitting (Elvis). I booked a table in Elvis section to the left of the stage but the waiter wanted to seat me straight opposite the stage but I objected and told him I didn't book that section and he seared us in the Elvis section, table of 2. There was a table of approx over 20 pax. A few smaller tables and he also did tables on the other side of the restaurant. I only saw 1 runner. Service was not what we're used to. It's not the same when Victor and Warren was around. I'm in the hospitality industry and used to good customer service which lacked last night. It seems the new owners doesn't care. I ordered the seafood platter for 2, the quality of the fish wasn't what we're used to. Was rubbery and though I know we serve frozen fish, this was either over cooked or the quality was bad. The Manager didn't do table calls. Only time I saw the Manager was when a guy entered wearing a jeans, polo shirt and peacap. I don't know why the hostess allowed him in. He should have been barred from entering. We come for the fine dinning experience, dressing up, quality food and the good music; the entire experience. They were sitting at a table next to us. The girls were dressed up but he looked like a thug. A waiter came and asked him to remove his cap and he refused. The Manager came and he got up and left. This was the only time I saw the manager. The rest of the table followed shortly. I looked at the manager and smiled. He just looked pass me, unbothered. Didn't even come to the tables and apologized for allowing the guy in. On a positive note. I appreciate the new napkins. A huge improvement since April / May. We only stayed because we enjoyed the music. The band never disappoints and the girl on vocals was brilliant. I need to get a different restaurant in 2026.

    Superb food and great service. The Jazz band and singer were excellent. Highly recommend.

    It took 20 min to be allocated a table after having booked a table in advance.
