    I am surely not opposed to tipping a service provider for service rendered however for a waiter to make me manually add up my bill on my cellphone calculator and then adamantly insist on her 10% to be added with no shame when she was nowhere to be found and two other waiters actually took our mains and second drink orders was beside me. I’m actually fact the forced tip was due to the staff that other served us. I was at table 18 on the evening of the 18th of July. I certainly won’t name and shame but the behavior was shocking.

    The service was excellent. Flower arrangements in the restaurant are extremely dusty and the place smells musty. The food was very disappointing. I had the lamb shank. Mashed potato tasted like the artificial Smash mashed potato packets, the lamb had a wild taste that i personally did not like. At the price point i would not recommend. We were there for lunch at 13:30 and the place was empty so it’s understandable that the ambience was not that great.

    We booked specifically for the dinner dancing to celebrate our 3rd anniversary but unfortunately they didn't have enough tables confirmed so they cancelled the band which was a big disappointment and the ambience was was quite subdued 😔 The winter menu specials though were good value, the service and food was high quality so overall we had a lovely evening.

    Dinner with the girls on our last day here was amazing. We enjoyed every moment, food, music, service, presentation. I would recommend this to anyone who loves quality and service.

    Thank you for the best experience. We will be back. Just one thing your prices on the online menu is not as in the restaurant. Maybe have a look at that.

    We found a piece of plastic in our blue cheese sauce and the situation was dealt with poorly. Service was slow. DJ section was of a lower quality than when we visited a few times earlier this year. Overall ambience, energy and food plus service quality have drastically down graded. Not sure what changed but return to previous.
