Established in 1990 Pirates Steakhouse has been one of Plumstead’s top dining destination for more than three decades winning a number of awards for excellence.

This family-owned business continues to offer local residents good quality, value for money meals, with an in-house Dining Club offering discounts to regulars; signing up is both free and easy.

In addition to the great food and friendly service they have some of Cape Towns top musicians performing in the restaurant nightly.

The separate pub area alongside the restaurant caters for both sport lovers and party goers with big screen TV’s and a dee jay every night till 4am. The kitchen is open around the clock with the main menu on offer till 2am, pizzas till 5am and pub burgers, toasted sandwiches and chips available 24/7.

    Fantastic Friday evening wining and dining. Good food and service. Our waitress Gugu was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The live music was top class! Throughly enjoyed the evening, will definitely be back.

    While the rest of the family indicated that their food was great, my wife the birthday girl, steak was riddled with fatty chunks. I ended up giving her mine. This didn't exactly spoil her evening but did put a damper on it.

    Went to pirates ordered the Rub special on a Tuesday very disappointed 700grm was very thin .almost no meat on the ribs..left still hungry

    Pirates Steakhouse never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, packed with flavour, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere has such good vibes warm, lively, and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal or a fun night out

    Lovely night out with Good Food & great vibe - 1 thing that should be removed off the tables are those artificial flowers, just odd & old / Doesn't suit the restaurant.
