    My family and I went there for the Rump Special, not a terrible price if you actually get served rump. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and we still waited ages to receive our food. When it finally arrived it was pretty obvious that the one piece of steak was not rump, it was fillet which is bland and tough compared to rump, we then asked our waiter if we can speak to the chef. The so-called chef came out and started arguing with us saying it was cut from the same piece, we eat steak and know our steaks quite well and could tell she was lying, she was arrogant and blatantly rude, then not long after the head of the kitchen came out and apologize and was actually friendly about the whole ordeal. There is not a single manager on the floor, and the cooks must learn not to call themselves Chefs if they can't even cut the correct piece of steak and then have the audacity to argue with us, the taste, look, texture was completely different. Our waiter Panashe was amazing and well mannered, we know it wasn't his fault and he did everything right and is the only reason why I have rated the service at a 4.
