Pronto is an award winning restaurant, run with love and passion. The team of over 40 staff members produces more than 70000 pastas every year. But Pronto wouldnt be what it is today without its loyal followers - families, friends and regulars who have supported Pronto over the last 14 years. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Pronto has developed a reputation for serving up consistent quality and friendly service. The best local and imported ingredients form the back-bone of our menu. But aside from great food, what sets Pronto apart has been its ability to establish itself as ‘neighbourhood local’ in an industry flooded with franchised chains. “Our customers consistently report that they feel at home here, that they can relax and enjoy good honest food in a familiar environment and among people who know them,” says Natasha, noting that some 90% of Pronto’s clientele are regulars. “We love being a neighbourhood restaurant and the sense of community that comes with it,” she adds.

    We have been eating at Pronto since opening. Everything has alwas been 5 star, but last night I had a Pronto Caesar salad - the chicken, fried in some tomato based flavouring that I did not like, was still hot when put in the salad - leaves were wilted and the lovely creamy traditional dressing had no anchovies actually I think the hot chicken absorbed the dressing. I think if one has a very traditional dish on the menu and you feel l8ke changing it that much, it should be explained. This was the worse dish I have ever had at Pronto, but one can allow one mistake in all the years.
