    The menu is a small one, promising care by skilled chefs. It is served in lovely. Relaxed surroundings. So why was our choice if the recommended lamb cutlets so tough it could be used as the soles of walking shoes? The soy-based sauce was delicious but the lamb niet. The salmon sashimi delicious.     The venue was amazing but the food was not great. The meat was more well done than medium as requested, pork belly was far too sweet as well. Chris was great with his service, making sure we were well taken care of.

    Honestly, the only thing that was good about this experience was the sushi, the smoked salmon was 10/10! Our waiter was nowhere close to being welcoming, friendly and not attentive at all. Don’t think he ever even smiled. We struggled so much to get assistance from him. The food was just so underwhelming that my friend took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore. The ambiance was good, very chilled vibes and nice background music. The only person who actually smiled at us was the friendly gentleman who was the host at the door for the night. To make matters worse, the door was kept open when people went out to smoke. It smelt like they were smoking inside the restaurant. When we kindly asked for them to close the door, we were met with such hostility. Not sure whether we’d go back, maybe get a takeaway of the sushi.
