    Warm and friendly staff.Clean ,beautiful surroundings.Breath taking views. Food was so absolutely well served and perfectly prepared with wonderful attractive garnishment. Holier did an amazing job in helping us put this special event together! Our servers were outstanding, am just sorry we could not recall his name.

    I was not impressed with the wine tasting experience. The lady poured red wine into the same glasses we had juat tasted white wine from and said that is how they normally do it. At R355 per person to taste 4 wines the least you can do ia use clean glasses as it is normally done. The food at Raphaels' was ok but once again the service was seriously lacking. We took the MD of an international UK based travel agency there and she will not recommend it. We took her there unanounced and she was not impressed. It was her first time there and it was veey disappointing.

    In not sure why you would serve a shredded lamb shoulder without a gravy/sauce as a side... It was dry. The steak that was served was also medium to well done. Great for some but others prefer medium rare on a quality piece of meat.
