    We booked Radisson Red for my younger sister’s 21st birthday dinner mainly because it fit our budget. Unfortunately, the planning experience was really frustrating. Dario, the lead F&B coordinator, was very hard to reach. He took a long time to respond to messages, and when we called, even his own staff didn’t know where he was. There was a clear lack of urgency and customer service. We felt like just another event to tick off a list. We never received an apology or any service recovery, and he just carried on as if everything was normal. My sister was stressed because of it. If it wasn’t for our budget and not wanting to let her down, we would have cancelled.

    The venue was incredible, food was delicious and the staff were extremely accommodating. I had an amazing experience and will definitely return soon.

    Great place for a sunset view. Service was appealing with a waitor taking over 30 mins to come take our drinks order. The cocktails are okay, we went elsewhere for food.

    Fantastic evening with the Joburg skyline as the perfect back drop. Amazing food and the staff is incredible , definitely give it a go !
