    Reflection is amazing but every time I’ve been, the service has been lacking. You can sit for half an hour with nothing to drink and no waiter in sight. The restaurant is losing money by not getting the sales.

The ambience stands out as a strong point, with a comfortable, polished atmosphere that works well for both casual meals and social occasions. Value for money is also commendable as the pricing aligns reasonably with portion sizes, location, and overall experience. Food quality shows potential but lacks consistency, with some dishes needing more refined flavours. A notable limitation is the lack of beef options on the menu, which is currently restricted to biltong slices and dry wors. This significantly narrows appeal for beef eaters, and expanding the menu to include proper beef-based dishes would broaden their audience and strengthen the overall offering. Staff are friendly and polite but responsiveness can be uneven, particularly during busier times. In addition, our bill included items we had not ordered. While it is always prudent for customers to check the bill before paying, this points to a need for improvement in their billing system and order accuracy to prevent such occurrences. Overall, Reflection is a solid choice in Fourways with clear strengths in ambience and value. With more consistent food execution, a more inclusive menu, improved service efficiency, and tighter billing controls, it has the potential to improve meaningfully.

    We had a beautiful day at Reflections celebrating my birthday with the girls. The place is just stunning - so calming and pretty and what a nice change not having to look at a parking lot ! Highly recommend this lite gem. Never had a bad meal or experience here.
