Nestled in a picturesque river valley, Rickety Bridge Estate offers an enchanting setting where centuries of winemaking tradition blend seamlessly with breathtaking natural beauty. With roots stretching back to 1797, when pioneering landowner Paulina De Villiers established her legacy on this remarkable terrain, our estate continues to honour the spirit of innovation and excellence under the stewardship of the Crosbie family.

Our Wine Tasting Centre, perched on an elevated platform adjacent to our working cellar, features a stunning three-sided glazed façade that frames panoramic views of rolling vineyards and dramatic mountain vistas. Through expansive glass walls, you’ll glimpse our maturation cellar in action, whilst floating terraces beckon you to savour our handcrafted wines surrounded by flourishing vines.

Here, amidst diverse soils and terrain, we invite you to taste our exceptional portfolio of premium wines, each bottle a testament to our commitment to traditional winemaking methods and exceptional quality.

Taste your way through our exclusive Regna Loca range with beautifully crafted food pairings, expertly selected to complement each wine.     We booked the wine tour it was really nice and informative and the young man answered all our questions. We now know a little about wine. The Rickety Bridge was our favourite.

    loved the private setting for the tasting and the pairing. The place can be quite busy with all the visitors from the wine tram, so the private room was excellent. Thank you for thinking of the birthday of one of our guests!

    Absolutely stunning setting and service, a very well oiled machine. The wines were delicious, our sommelier Glenn was fantastic and professional, and the whole experience felt special!
