    It's unfortunate that you can't rate ZERO stars!!! Firstly, NOWHERE on Rockets' website does it state that on days that there are shows at the Arena you will be offered a pathetic two-page menu to order from. Our waitress also did not explain this to us when we arrived. When I requested a drinks menu / wine list I was handed the full menu and this is when I enquired about the cheap looking two-pager on our table, Zanele then informed us that we must order from the limited menu. The table next to us experienced the same! They had ordered a starter and when wanting to order their main (grilled Calamari) they were also rudely informed that that they need to order from the 2 pager - they ended up ordering a Burger and Prego roll. My partner and I shared the Crispy Mist Roll as a starter which was nothing to write home about. The dish arrives and draws attention to your table with the “mist”. Rockets, you could really have left the “show” and offered me a decent menu! My partner also found that there was NO hand soap in ANY of the soap dispensers in the men’s room which he reported to the Manager who stated that he would let us know when the dispensers had been refilled – we are still waiting for him to let us know that my partner can go wash his hands. Our Rockets experience set us back R820.00 (for a starter to share, a mediocre pizza to share, a bottle of red wine and 2 glasses of red wine) and really left me feeling robbed and disappointed as I had made our reservation weeks ago. It’s clear to me that Rockets is about turning tables hence the pathetic menu and service on Show nights. Rockets will never see me again!

    I was not informed that there is only a limited menu on days when there are events at the Arena. However, they did allow my parents to order from the main menu with special permission, due to dietary needs. Service was extremely slow. Food was average and overpriced.

    waited for over an hour for food last night placed order at 18h10 and ate after fighting with manager at 19h30 had to stuff the food down so we could be on time for the show. Waiters had no clue. I was not the only one there were at 10 people waiting for food.

    The service was poor, our meals were served at different times, 3 of us had to wait an 1 for our food while 2 got their food. We didn't even get to eat desert even after waiting 2 hours for it. Loved the music though.
