    Service was good except when I mentioned my Wagyu Sirloin was terribly chewy, the server walked away and didn't get the manager to speak to me and address. I left 1/3 of the steak on the plate when he cleared the table and still said nothing. That was a very pricey piece of bad meat. Had it been a standard sirloin? Would have been fine but twice the cost of a normal sirloin and to have it as tough and chewy as one expects for a normal sirloin, no problem but this is supposed to be the finest beef on the planet (had it elsewhere many times) and it just wasn't what it should have been. I should have been offered something else and or a discount on the steak but nothing was said or done. Ambience is amazing however as one expects from that hotel. Will not return. Better beef at Cattle Baron by far.

    The One & Only exceeds every possible expectation. The Service, food and attention to detail is unmatched. They live up to their name he One & Only as there is really no one else like them, It's always the best experience to visit there . Just perfection

    definitely worth vising again, the live band was also just a lovely touch! I had the duck breast as a main and I know i will be thinking about it for a while.

    The services was really great 10/10. We ordered the Tomahawk but is was too salty.

    We had a wonderful experience at ROOI. The food was exceptional, the service was friendly and efficient. Live music was great. Would definitely recommend to others!
