Enjoy a fabulous afternoon with family and friends while enjoying our pastry chef's masterful creations.

Enjoy our pastry chef’s selection of petit gateaux and exquisite teatime treats as well as a selection of savoury delights. Served daily from 2:30PM to 4:30PM with a last seating at 3:30pm.

Bookings are essential and full payment is required in order to confirm the booking.

Kindly note that 24 hours’ notice is required in order to prepare everything for the Royal Tea and there may be an additional charge for specific dietary requirements.

    Welcome is rated at 3 stars as although I was greeted warmly by the Royal Tea wait staff, I was 10 minutes too early. I was asked to sit in reception. But I was forgotten about there, while my other two guests were seated. I eventually inquired when the table would be ready at the 6th floor reception, to be then guided to my table where my other two guests were waiting for me. But this was the only 'blip' in the experience. This is a wonderful venue for elderly patrons, or people who would struggle to walk distances. Taxis are able to drop patrons literally at the hotel reception doors, and the basement parking means you can drop someone at the lift doors that open a few meters from the tables. Minimal walking is required. The service and ambience (including the view) was exceptional and the attention to detail impressed us. And compliments to the chefs; the Silo High Tea offering is leaps above any of their competitors and very generous as we couldn't finish the food that was brought to the table. I cannot wait to return for another High Tea at The Silo Hotel.
