Rykaart’s at Longridge Wine Estate is a family owned restaurant run by Alex and Ella Rykaart. Situated at the foot of the Helderberg mountains, overlooking breathtaking views of the False Bay Peninsula and Table Mountain, Rykaart’s offers a set three course family style dining experience inspired by the beautiful produce from this biodynamic farm.

    The food was good. The idea of a shared meal is nice. The service was really bad. Booked for 18:30, we were pushed out just after 20:00 by taking all things from the table including the not empty cafe. The sign at the gate shows the open hours until 21:00. When I take into account that they take a deposit of 200 ZAR, the evening was not correct. I's a shame for the great location

    Lovely food, a bit surprised at the wine prices, expected to be charged cellar door, but large margin was added

    Very, very, very good food. Lots of flavour, tender meat nad creative dessert. Great views. Service is friendly and warm. They also have a wine store on site that sells Longridge wines. Will definitely go bakc.
