Coastlands Umhlanga, Saffron Restaurant is renowned for the their infamous weekend Seafood Buffets. Our Buffet offers a selection of diverse dishes including a live station with prawns, calamari, fish and lamb chops. A perfect place for family gatherings, casual dinners or a special celebration. Every Friday and Saturday night from 18h00 - 22h00. Price: R475.00 for adults and R235.00 for kids.

    Clean and neat, good food, friendly service - very attentive to our needs. Over all it was a good experience. The views from there of the beach was stunning! I don't mind coming back and have recommended Saffron to family and friends.

    We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Saffron Restaurant and had a fantastic evening. The staff are super, attentive, friendly and helpful. Our waiter, Simphiwe was excellent. The food was really outstanding - we're seafood lovers and enjoyed the prawns, calamari and line fish. The crab curry was outstanding - what we really loved was the variety of dishes and sides, like peppadews, olives, feta, different salads, sauces and accompaniments. The desserts were so lovely, I had seconds. Absolute value for money, a lovely evening.

    Excellent ...hosted a 50th birthday for 35 guests and our experience was brilliant. Amazing staff ....waiters are phenomenal. Live music should be alitl softer....
