Kundai was an amazing waitress and made sure we were well looked after. It was a beautiful sunny day, tasting wines that were all incredible.

The place is stunning and the wine is great, though honestly for such a high-end wine estate we expected the experience to be a bit more sleek. The service, while friendly, was slow and disorganised. They say they limit bookings for an hour and a half, but the wine tasting took more than 2 hours because we had to wait so much in between; we had to ask for a few things several times (water, then glasses for the water, then more crackers, then a different glass of wine...). The cheese platter was great, but for that price and at a place of that quality we would have expected more than just a few supermarket-bought melba toast crackers, and to be charged R25 for a few more of those super basic crackers. But overall the place is amazing, so with slightly more attentive management the experience could have been truly perfect.
