    Tried the Winter set menu and it was really great to experience the variety. Dessert Popsicles were quite nice too. Portions are small but would definitely return to try their a La Cart menu

    I genuinely cannot say enough good things about our experience at Scala Pasta Bar! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited for my birthday and were absolutely blown away by both the food and the service from start to finish. We needed to book for 7:30pm, which falls outside of their usual 6pm and 8:30pm dinner sittings. I called beforehand and, because it was a weeknight, they were more than happy to accommodate us. That level of warmth carried through the entire evening. From the security welcoming us when we arrived, to our wonderful hostess and our waiter, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. We felt so well looked after. We chose the winter set menu, which is exceptional value for money, and honestly, everything we ate was amazing. I am probably the last person who would ever get excited about minestrone soup, but even that was SO good that I would happily go back tomorrow just to have it again 😂 The pasta was another level. We recently got engaged in Rome and ate some of the best pasta we’ve ever had while we were there, so the bar was pretty high! Scala’s carbonara was genuinely on par with the best carbonara we had in Rome. The basil cream pasta was just as incredible. By the end of the evening we actually went out of our way to compliment the chefs because we couldn’t believe how good everything had been. They also surprised me with a special birthday treat, which was such a lovely touch and made the evening feel even more special. I came home, immediately sent photos of everything to my friends and family and told them we HAVE to go back. My only complaint is with myself for somehow taking this long to visit Scala. I feel like I’ve been missing out on years of amazing pasta! Exceptional food, exceptional service, fantastic value and such a memorable experience. We will absolutely be back. ❤️🍝
