    After a previous unpleasant experience (as reviewed in Dec '25), we invited to return, this time with our newborn. We chose a quiet time to visit and like the previous time, the service and serving staff could not be faulted. Professional, efficient, attentive and warm. The kitchen and hospitality team took meticulously note on our previous concerns and improved greatly on each point. Our meals were complimentary, despite our bill being R800.00 more than our initial spend in Dec '25. We appreciate their generosity and the effort that went into creating a far better experience this time round. See you in Spring Scape!

    Wine list provide limited options and can be regarded as expensive.

With an ever growing selection of local and international wines, we sincerely aim to make our cellar a varied exploration for every kind of wine drinker. We're taking the quieter weeks of winter to taste with some of the countries most exciting producers, along with visiting producers from abroad, and will be launching our most comprehensive wine list yet when we return from our winter break.     It’s the second time we’ve eaten dinner at Scape, first time we had lunch. I get that this is fine dining but I found the menu to be very minimalistic with insufficient variety.
