    Great experience. Just the Amuse-gueule was absolutely boring. A mixture of cucumber and carrots without a special or Asian touch.

    Silk was — and continues to be — a wonderful experience. The food is excellent and the staff are very attentive, which we always appreciate. If there were one thing I would suggest changing, it would be the use of perfume by some members of staff, occasionally in quite heavy amounts. My wife and I are allergic to perfume, and unfortunately it does lessen our enjoyment of the dining experience when we are exposed to strong scents each time a waiter approaches our table. We mention this simply as feedback, as we truly enjoy dining at Silk and hope this might be something worth considering.
