    We have visted Silk a few times but the last time was over a year ago and the service seemed slow by comparisson. The waitrons were very kind and genial but it took a while before we were served and service itself was slow. The food is always tasty but a few dishes were a bit cold and the menu needs to be clear as to which dishes are vegan or not. There is VERY little on the menu for vegans ( one of our party was vegan) and perhaps more effort could be made to accomodate this. Even the dhal had cream in it which was disappointing as coconut cream can be used instead - its tasty - and would give vegans at least one more option. The menu also hasnt changed much since the last time we visited which was a while ago and it needs a it of a refresh.

    Tapas special R285 pp for three small courses. Every course was absolutely sublime and incredible delicious. Its a very small intimate restaurant. Only disappointment was the Furikake fried Chips
