    I absolutely love it, it’s one of my favorite restaurants. Great food, the bartender makes a great margarita, the stuff are knowledgeable and really helpful. I love it.

    Highly recommended. However, choose seating after 8pm so that you are not rushed.

    Took my wife for dinner to Silk Asian Fusion on her birthday. She and I absolutely loved it. We selected six of the Tapas dishes to share between us and each and everyone was superb. Each dish was unbelievably good and hard to pick a best one. We don''t go into the city much anymore, but this was completely worth it. Service was really good. Ambiance was good, although being a Tuesday night it was quiet which suited us. Value for the price was completely worth it six excellent quality tapas dishes for R570. Wine selection is good , maybe a little limited. We had the Dorrance Chardonnay (My wife''s choice). It was really good. Would recommend to anybody looking for Asian Cuisine.

    We have visted Silk a few times but the last time was over a year ago and the service seemed slow by comparisson. The waitrons were very kind and genial but it took a while before we were served and service itself was slow. The food is always tasty but a few dishes were a bit cold and the menu needs to be clear as to which dishes are vegan or not. There is VERY little on the menu for vegans ( one of our party was vegan) and perhaps more effort could be made to accomodate this. Even the dhal had cream in it which was disappointing as coconut cream can be used instead - its tasty - and would give vegans at least one more option. The menu also hasnt changed much since the last time we visited which was a while ago and it needs a it of a refresh.
