    Food was very under whelming, definitely not worth it for the money spent you can get better seafood for way less at ocean basket, seafood didn't seem very fresh as well, just really disappointing as I took my partner there for a valentines day lunch just expected a bit more

    Was surprised when the bill arrived that a 12% gratuity had already been included, plus the option to add another gratuity. We were a table of 4 and were not informed that a gratuity would automatically be included. Not being from Cape Town not sure whether this is standard practice.

    We are so grateful to the Sotano team for their professionalism and fantastic hospitality, making our client lunch a huge success. After booking 3 months in advance at another restuarant down the road, we were dropped for a juicier booking a week before our event! A first in my career. However we we lucky to find Sotano who swung into action and gave us a memorable event for us and our guests. If you're looking for fantastic food and brilliant service - Sotano is your go-to!
