    Came to celebrate my husband’s 48th birthday, last night. Our bill was over R4000 for a family of 4. That’s not the problem, we know that Tang is a fine dining restaurant. The problem is, my husband’s meal was ordered with a side which arrived a half hour after his main. The sea bass that I ordered was raw and undercooked, resulting in me having a bout of food poisoning for the past 20 hours. In my books, this is unacceptable for an establishment of this nature. What was meant to be a beautiful celebration was sub par and quite a disappointment, as we have always enjoyed Tang on special occasions.

    Good sushi. Excellent and interesting cocktail menu. We enjoyed our evening, but nothing mind blowing.
