    What a fantastic dining experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel valued. The atmosphere was inviting, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing evening. The food was exceptional—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with great care. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that everything throughout the evening was perfect without ever being intrusive. Thank you for making our night so special. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience!

    The People standing at the door?? very friendly, professional and Welcoming❤️,, Service was Top notch,, all waiters are very polite, patient and Kind.. This has to be the best Restaurant to visit.. great Job to the Staff at Tang,❤️❤️🔥

    This was our third visit to TANG during our two‑week stay in Johannesburg, and we chose it for our final dinner before returning to the US. Each visit reaffirmed why TANG has become one of our favorite dining experiences in Sandton. The service is consistently exceptional. Staff are professional, courteous, respectful, and attentive, with management visibly reinforcing these standards throughout the evening. One manager, Rita, stood out in particular. Her leadership and willingness to step in alongside her team ensured that every guest’s experience remained the priority. It was Rita’s attentiveness during our first visit that inspired us to return a few days later for lunch with new friends from the US. On our last evening, our waitress recommended the seafood platter for two. While the preparation took longer than expected, the presentation was stunning when it arrived, and the flavors were outstanding. In hindsight, we would have ordered appetizers to enjoy during the wait, and we suggest that the restaurant consider including a starter option (soup, salad, or appetizer) as part of the package. The only dish that did not meet our expectations was the coconut rice, which seemed slightly undercooked and crunchy—likely more a matter of personal taste than preparation. TANG is by far one of the standout restaurants we experienced in Johannesburg. Between the ambience, attentive service, and memorable cuisine, it is a must‑visit destination in Mandela Square. We look forward to returning in a few months for another delightful evening.
