    Tang is a beautiful dining space with modern finishes and accent lighting; and the theme continues into the bathrooms as well. The food is delicious and varied, and well executed. The occasional cheering and applause from the kitchen was reassuring sign. The smokiness of the angry duck, even in the curry sauce, is a good sign that the duck dishes are worth exploring. I’ll definitely try the Peking Duck next time. Impressive wine list too, with the best of SA and the rest of the world including the mighty Dominus.
