    When we arrived late due to traffic, the hostess was very accommodating and was able to see us. Well, the service is outstanding, the food was not superb. The gyoza were tasty, but the coconut Seabass, green curry with sticky rice, were bland. The music, as typical lately in many restaurants, was too loud to permit more than basic conversation

    Booked at TANG for a "special" staff year-end dinner, a table of 7. Given the restaurant wasn't packed, I found the table service lacking. I had to physically get up & look for our waitress numerous times throughout the evening. 3 Items on the menu weren't available, which should have been communicated upfront, not at the point of ordering after 30mins, which caused an unecessary delay. All dishes weren't brought to the table at the same time either, resulting in the rest of the table waiting to start eating together, with food then getting cold in the process. Not the level of overall service you'd expect coming to an "upmarket" restaurant. Disappointing.
