    Rumbi, who was working in the taste room on the 25th of April around 4pm, just really ruined my entire experience of the tasting, I have not been treated that badly at a restaurant/tasting before. It’s so sad that we kindly asked her to change with another waiter because she was clearly not having a good day, but she carried on the make us feel the brunt of her emotions. All 5 of us will never forget this experience and we will certainly spread our experience of this wine farm with our colleagues, friends and families

    Very BAD experience! Firstly, I wanted to change my booking time and it took them about a day and a half and 12 bloody missed calls, 5 emails and MULTIPLE WhatsApp messages to respond. The service when we arrived was atrocious. We had booked an outside table previously but obviously because of the changed timeslot we couldn’t get one. But they made us sit and wait for a table outside to open up before we could try the first wine. There were only two staff members to accommodate the FULL HOUSE of guests. We were treated very poorly by the female staff member who hardly filled our glasses and kept on making snarky comments about how “thirsty we were”. The overall experience was lacking, the wines were not great. Won’t be coming again.

    I had booked wine tasting for two but my partner went down with a tummy bug. To postpone to another day is simply impossible at this farm and quite frankly very disappointing. I left messages, tried various numbers but no reply. My advice is never pay in advance and rather take the chance of getting a seat at the wine tasting, it's rarely full anyway.
