    I went to the Tasting Room recently and it was a lovely rainy day activity. The staff were friendly and and informative without being overwhelming. The wine was wonderful and very well priced and I left with a few bottles.

    Wines weren't great compared to others along the Constantia route. Took quite a while to get through the tasting, not paying attention to empty glasses and moving on with the next tasting. We had to keep calling to move to the next one. Rigid set up, we didn't like the white wines and asked to have replacements. The establishment can't deviate from the tasting that you booked - weird. We asked to pay for others, they don't do by the glass. Sadly won't return.

    The customer service provided by Semi (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was exceptional. I would definitely come back the next time in South Africa.

    Our arrival was far from welcoming. The woman working there was packing up to leave for the day and told me there was no booking for us. I’d booked and paid the evening before and I could show her this on my phone. She reluctantly made some enquiries, but wouldn’t let my guests into the tasting room until she’d established there was a booking. At this point she went from hostile to somewhat friendlier, but the tone was set. There are far nicer tasting rooms nearby with warm, hospitable service - I wouldn’t hurry back here.
