    I had the worst experience at this place, and quite frankly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My husband and I visited the hotel’s restaurant yesterday to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary, expecting a cosy and romantic setting that had been arranged with one of the staff members over the phone and through email confirmations. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the complete opposite. When we arrived, no one seemed to know anything about our reservation, and we were told that the staff member we had arranged everything with wasn’t on duty at the time. I couldn’t believe it, the whole point of booking in advance is to avoid such issues and ensure proper communication. How does your booking system even work? Although one of the waiters did try to salvage the situation, the damage was already done and the mood was completely ruined. Such poor communication and lack of coordination reflect extremely poorly on your customer service. What was meant to be a special evening for us turned into a deeply disappointing experience.
