    My family was in love with the old menu, infact it set Textures apart from the rest of Joburg posh dining places. This new menu you have introduced sucks! There is very few options too which is quite frustrating. I wish you did a market research and consulted us your regular customers before going full steam ahead. In my opinion you could have incorporated SOME of the Textures staples into the current menu. It’s a pity, my family left without eating yesterday as the NEW menu choices weren’t palatable enough for us.

    Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service/treatment. Firstly I booked a villa with jacuzzi because I brought my little one but told I have to top up, reception lady telling us we should not give waiters trouble when they need payments (disrespectful and insulting), cleaning lady ordering us to lead the room and wants to clean “her friends are leaving her” This is not what I had imagined to spend my money on.
