Three Chefs and a Shared Table

For one evening, the Estates Head Chef, Stefano Strafella, is joined by acclaimed chefs George Jardine and Franck Dangereux, bringing 3 individual approaches to food around one table. Together, they will create a collaborative dining experience shaped by their different styles, shared ingredients and the spontaneity that comes from cooking alongside one another.

    We were greeted by Ernest who from the moment we meet him made sure we had ann excellent experience. We were taken on a tour of the property and his knowledge on the wines was great. We went to celebrate a birthday and they went the extra mile. My only thing would be that the cheese platter was not vaule for but I would definitely go back to try other items off their menu. All the other staff we went were also super friendly.

    What a perfect Women's Day lunch. The ambience at Alexander Estate was perfect. the wine delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to spend a women's day lunch.

    Incredible experience. One night at the Alexander felt like a week at a luxurious retreat! We were extremely well looked after. The attention to every single detail is unparalleled! Astounding beauty in everything the Estate has to offer. And the smell... oh, wow! Absolutely delicious scents surround you that melt you into a ultimate state of relaxation. Just heavenly! A huge, heartfelt thank you to Frank and the team of wonderful people who went above and beyond to make our stay one of our most memorable and favourite experiences. Jody & Gary
