    Extractor Fan went down and the whole restaurant was filled with smoke. They then proceeded to open all the doors on the coldest day of the year and it was freezing. Food was cold and service was average. Not a great experience at all. there should've been some sort of compemnsation offered. Not going back!

    I would just like to say a massive thank you to 011 The Baron, Sandton for their prompt response - this is why the Baron Group has been in business for so many decades! Their attention to detail has and always will be a winning formula. I was contacted immediately, the experience was justified and an apology was offered for the once-off experience. For this reason, I will be back to enjoy the good old Baron experience that I have loved over these decades. Hats off to your team for dealing with the issue so promptly and effectively and many thanks once again.
