    I ordered the rib-eye steak as Medium, and it was prepared to Well done. This is not the first time this happened and it seems the chef genuinely does not know how to prepare Medium steaks. He either prepares it well done or it’s rare/blue. Disappointing. Next time will stick to Butcher Boys
