We were a party of 4. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my mother in-law. However the food was absolutley bad. My Father in-law and I took a Rump Steak with Chips, my wife calamari and my Mother-in-law a Chickedn Schnitzel or Breast. However the steak were of the worst cut, it was hard to identify the rump as the was inverted that the steaks both stood like a very cheap porterhouse steak. We both added pepper sauce to the order butI did not even touch thios as the steak was so off putting that it actually riddled with sinew. Them the chips were of a off taste where it had been preparded by an old or over used oil that had a tinge of almost like gas or lighter fluid. Upon complaining about the chips as i did not want to spoil my guests evening by seeming to be a complaining patron. I limited by complaiunt to the chips only. After the manager greeted me and assured me of a 25% reduction of the bill due to the agreed chips taste, this was dfiscovered not to be done when receiving the bill. Again, i did not raise the concern as to save embarrassment infornt of my guests. I frequent the restaurant often, however it seems as the quality of the food has degraded. As always, the waitress service and the ambience of the restaurant are excellent.

Hi Eric, thank you for taking the time to review us. Your feedback is valued in order for us to improve. And thank you for the communication and responding to me. As mentioned, this is not our standard at all and we dropped the ball here and apologies for this! All points noted and have been addressed. I did send you the bill and as mentioned on the right column it does show that the discount was given. Apologies again! Regards, Blake
