    Towards the end of the evening, the level of service noticeably declined. I was served a glass of wine from a bottle that had clearly been opened on 7 July, as indicated by the date written on the bottle. When we questioned this, the waiter denied it, despite the date being visible. Fortunately, the sommelier stepped in, acknowledged the issue, and promptly replaced it with a fresh glass, which we appreciated.
