    I made a reservation in advance for a family of four to celebrate a birthday, but when we arrived the reserved table was not available and the alternative seating options offered were not suitable. This was very disappointing, especially for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the food was also terrible and far below expectations. Overall, a poor experience and not one I would recommend

    Thank you to the block man for hosting us. We were overall happy with the experience but the food did not live up to the hype. The Camembert starter was just a block of cheese served with a very sweet sauce, could’ve been cooked more and needs more flavour. The steak was good however it lacked basting, mushroom sauce was very small for the price: Lastly, the tiger prawn were not tiger prawns and paying over 500 for that meal was disappointing. The prawn itself weren’t tasting that fresh and juice, needed seasoning. I enjoyed the service and the restaurant itself but these issues are the reason I probably won’t come back. As a hard working customer paying over 500 for prawn not even close to the actual tiger measurements is borderline fraud.
