    Ur customer service is very bad u really need to make an change on how ur waiters does things cause a customer can’t be served by 5 waiters at the same time u don’t even knw who is ur waitress

    One of the Main objective is to note that people are willing to spend for convince though once convince is exploited. That's when things start to be unpleasant. 1. The freedom to select reserve a preferred set is very much important and at times helps to enjoy the experience more often. At most it's understandable when it is fully occupied. 2. Food portions and fillings: there is no value for many. I ordered a fish with rice it was 465 and what I got was fish with rice and a sauce and lemons no other fillings where thought for a almost a 500 dish come on. I know that that it has been rated. Though you are not going to get customers that will actually return all of the most customers will be only be OTP. Once a dish passes 400 we are entering platter zone. It's a pain to find your bill to 1800 though you are not full you have to pass by somewhere fill up. Rather have people leaving with take away boxes. Dissatisfied customers. Remember people come to restaurant to eat not for content. That was the first primary reason. And I feel like it's culture at Bungalow is starting to lose it.

    The cauliflower dish was burnt and had to be redone and then second tome around was undercooked causing an upset stomach, There were R 410 of items on the bill that was not used ( unopened water ) or ordered ( wiskey )!
