Combining Jordan’s award-winning wines at cellar door prices with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced by chef Thys Esterhuysen. Exciting winetasting experiences can be enjoyed with the casual all-day menu seven days a week. Visitors can choose from a selection of dishes of the day, and platters to share.

    Disappointing experience at a premium wine estate We booked a picnic lunch for 5 at Jordan to celebrate a milestone birthday, clearly stating over the phone that 4 of us were vegetarian and explaining the occasion’s importance. Despite this, we were served non-vegetarian food. As an apology, staff initially offered a complimentary bottle of wine, but later reversed the offer, blaming us because the dietary info wasn’t in an email—though that email only covered a date clarification. The issue was never about the bottle of wine, yet staff made it seem as if we were the ones at fault, unfairly placing the blame on us. The handling was dismissive and unprofessional—far below the standards of a luxury estate. Poor internal communication meant we paid the price. There are many more beautiful wineries with better service nearby. I couldn’t help but wonder if our treatment was influenced by the fact that we are people of color, which made this even more upsetting. We will never visit this winery again.

    Simply.Magnificent. Having visited cellar doors all over the world - this setting and experience was simply world-class. Highly recommended.

    We did not use the toilet facility therefore I cannot comment on it. However the service of the waitrons was superb as well as their knowledge of the menu and wines. I will gladly recommend your dining facilities to overseas guests. All your dishes had very pleasant and surprising taste combinations and your wine lists at the meat was so tender and pleasant. The wine lists at the end of the meal is excellent marketing! The plating was pleasant on the eye and the taste combinations did not disappoint. will definitely visit and dine again! Cathy de Beer
