Located on the 3rd floor and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Copper Restaurant and Bar is our newly renovated main restaurant and bar. This family-friendly restaurant is designed on a Mauritian resort theme with a large menu and buffet with themed evenings and live entertainment.

Our Chef will keep it interesting and regularly update our menus to cater for local and international guests.

    Never again. The menu was disappointing, the venue overcrowded, and the overall operation lacked structure. Unfortunately, The Capital no longer reflects the level of excellence once associated with Fairmont Zimbali. The decline in customer experience is evident, and the current management standard falls far short of what this destination used to represent.
