    Good day. I am the fence with how my booking was handled. I had driven out two before my booking and spoke to one of the mangers about where we would like our party to be seated and on the number of guests. Booking was confirmed online and with the reservation team. On arrival with my daughter’s birthday cake in hand, the staff were confused about who I was and when I had booked. We then saw that the place we had booked was occupied with another part and no one knew about my booking. I was shocked and upset about this, and told that we should sit outside. I refused and had to now look for alternate space as my daughter’s surprise celebration was due to take place in 30 min from our arrival time. Truly shocking experience.
