    I thought it was good, could be improved a bit, but overall good. I do however think it is an expensive outing to take a kid on if one isn't having the work glazed which means we won't be coming often.

    Hi Emily Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for the kind words on the activity itself, we're so glad you enjoyed it! We hear you on the cost of glazing for pottery pieces. Unfortunately, glazing is one of the pricier parts of the pottery process by nature (it involves a separate firing and specialised materials), so that cost does reflect what goes into it rather than our margins. That said, we totally understand wanting more budget-friendly options, especially for kids. The good news is we have several more affordable Art Café experiences that work brilliantly for children, our pastel art, watercolour painting, and canvas painting are all much lighter on the pocket and just as fun and creative. So there's definitely a way to make The Creatory a regular treat without the glazing cost. We'd love to have you back to try one of these.

    Booked an art cafe session for 2 friends. They loved it and have said they will be back. The whole booking experience, the service and items purchased were great! Very good value for money

    The people there were really nice, welcoming and helpful. The activity was fun but I wish there was more time. The place is really pretty and looks like an arts and crafts store. The activity gives a really good bonding experience with your friend(s) and family. My daughter n her friend had a good time.
